My Collection Finds a Home

When I first decided to pursue fashion design seriously, I had one clear goal in mind: to create a ready-to-wear brand where everything was designed, made, and sold in-house.

After returning home from studies I began hosting pop-up shops where I could share my designs directly with customers. Those pop-ups led me to take an even bigger step and open my first store, JUJU Season. Everything sold there was handmade in The Bahamas, either by me and my team or by fellow local artisans. It was a dream come to life.

JUJU Season operated for a year before we made the difficult decision to close while looking for a better location. Unfortunately, we were never able to reopen, so I focused on my custom clientele for a while.

In 2020, I decided to step back into the ready-to-wear world. I launched a small collection on my website, hosted pop-ups, and placed pieces on consignment in a couple stores. Even when those consignment partnerships ended, I kept my collection alive online. I won’t pretend it was easy. There were moments when it was discouraging, when I wondered if I should just stick to custom work. But deep down, I knew this was part of my calling.

Now, I am excited to that this chapter of the journey is coming full circle. On October 20th, I will be opening my very own retail location at Sun, Sand & Souvenirs in downtown Nassau. My ready-to-wear clothing and accessories will be available in one place, designed for you to see, touch, and fall in love with.

This new space feels like the natural next step in my journey. It is a celebration of everything I have learned, the challenges I have overcome, and the passion that has kept me going.

I cannot wait to welcome you into the store, share my latest collection, and continue building a brand that celebrates creativity, craftsmanship, and style.
